Long’s School of Cosmetology offers individualized education for those who want to start a career in the beauty industry as cosmeticians or nail technicians.

According to the school’s website, graduates have a 100 percent pass rate for the licensing exams in Indiana and Illinois.

About the School

Terre Haute Electrical JATC offers electrical education for those who want to start a career in the construction industry.

Trainees start working from the first day of the program and earn a nationally-recognized credential after graduation.

The school accepts applications all year round.

The application fee is $30.

To qualify for admission, applicants must:

  • Be a high school graduate or have a GED
  • Have completed a year of Algebra

Apprentices earn an above-average starting wage and have health insurance, pensions, overtime pay, holidays as well as an education paid for by the JATC.
