If you can demonstrate your skills, it may be sufficient to enter an apprenticeship program.

This approach doesn’t provide the same foundational training as the other options.

Apprenticeships

Apprenticeship programs may be available regardless of whether you earn a degree in Baking & Pastry Arts or take online baking classes.

Some bakeries hire entry-level bakers and train them, even if they lack baking experience.
